Shipping
Delivery Area: We deliver across all Bengaluru pincodes.
Delivery Fee: Free delivery on all orders within Bengaluru.
Order Cutoff: Orders close Wednesday 11:59 PM for that week's batch.
Dispatch: Loaves are baked fresh and dispatched every Friday.
Delivery: Expect delivery on Saturday within Bengaluru.
Packaging: Temperature-controlled packaging to keep your loaf fresh.
Storage
Refrigerated: Keep up to 1 month in the refrigerator.
Frozen: Keep up to 6 months in the freezer.
Tip: Slice before freezing for easy daily toasting. Just pop a frozen slice directly into the toaster!
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us.
Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective loaf, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery Issues: If your order doesn't arrive as scheduled, please reach out via WhatsApp and we'll resolve it immediately.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to Wednesday 11:59 PM (cutoff time) for a full refund. After cutoff, orders are final.
